VerityMD Neurology serves patients throughout the Sacramento Metropolitan Area with compassionate, personalized neurological care. Our team evaluates and treats a wide range of neurological conditions, including dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders, migraine, epilepsy, neuropathy, dizziness and balance disorders, stroke-related concerns, memory changes, and other complex disorders of the nervous system.
We combine careful clinical evaluation, advanced diagnostic testing when appropriate, and individualized treatment planning. Just as importantly, we focus on communication—helping patients and families understand the diagnosis, available options, and the next steps in care.

Your VerityMD Neurology Care Team
VerityMD’s neurological care model is led by board-certified neurologist Dr. Manoj Mittal and supported by a collaborative team of physicians and physician assistants.
Depending on your clinical needs and appointment availability, your care may be provided by Dr. Mittal or another member of the VerityMD Neurology Care Team. Our providers work collaboratively, with Dr. Mittal providing neurological leadership, supervision, and guidance.
This team-based approach helps patients receive timely care while maintaining a consistent VerityMD standard for evaluation, treatment, communication, and follow-up.
Our Approach to Neurological Care
At VerityMD, we believe patients deserve neurological care that is expert, compassionate, accessible, and easy to understand.
Neurological symptoms often affect much more than one part of a person’s health. Memory loss can affect an entire family. Tremor or Parkinson’s symptoms can change independence. Migraine and dizziness can interfere with work and daily life. Neuropathy, weakness, seizures, or changes in walking can create uncertainty about what the future may hold.
Our role is not simply to identify a diagnosis. We aim to help patients understand what is happening, what can be done, and what comes next.
When appropriate, our team uses advanced neurological testing and treatment services to help clarify diagnoses and guide care. These may include EEG and ambulatory EEG monitoring, EMG and nerve conduction studies, cognitive testing, autonomic testing, advanced imaging, infusion therapy, and other neurological services.
About Dr. Manoj Mittal
Dr. Manoj Mittal is a board-certified neurologist and the founder of VerityMD Neurology.
He founded VerityMD with a simple belief: patients deserve expert neurological care that is also human, accessible, and easy to understand.
With more than a decade of experience in neurology, stroke care, neurocritical care, telehealth, and patient advocacy, Dr. Mittal has cared for patients across a wide range of neurological conditions and clinical settings.
His professional experience has included helping develop advanced neurological programs, including a Comprehensive Stroke Center and telestroke services across multiple hospitals. His work has focused on expanding access to neurological expertise, improving coordination of care, and helping patients and families navigate complex neurological conditions.
At VerityMD, Dr. Mittal provides neurological leadership for the clinical team and remains actively involved in developing the practice’s standards for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal neurological care.

VerityMD sees patients at both our Carmichael and Folsom clinics. Please check your appointment confirmation text message before traveling to your appointment. Your confirmation will identify the correct clinic location.
Patients are responsible for arriving at the clinic listed in their appointment confirmation. Patients who arrive at the incorrect location will not be able to be seen for that appointment and will need to be rescheduled.
Neurology consultations and follow-up visits are available at both locations. All procedures are performed at our Folsom clinic.
